2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account with ace45. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.5 KYC Verification. ace45 is required by PAGCOR regulatory guidelines to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all members prior to processing withdrawals. 4.6 Suspicious Transactions. ace45 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in violation of applicable law. In such cases, ace45 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
